The Town of North Castle kicked off their annual holiday tree lighting and winter walk with a parade welcoming home Frosty the Snowman (song lyricist Steve Nelson lived in Armonk for many years - see attached Press Release for more information). All three town fire departments decorated apparatus and participated. The parade route was lined with "kids of all ages" and Santa rode atop North White Plains FD Ladder 47.
