@ 10:44, Banksville FD was dispatched to “MIANUS RIVER GORGE PRESERVE” on a report of an injured hiker. 60 Control Dispatchers advised the hiker was approximately 2 miles into the woods and was going to be unable to exit without FD/EMS Assistance

@ 10:51, Car 2581 arrived on location establishing command. UTV/ATV vehicles were requested to assist with transporting the injured party out of the woods.

Bedford Rescue 44 was requested to the scene with additional manpower.

Rescue 7 crew went into the woods on foot while other incoming units went to the fire trail to enter from the opposite direction.

@ 11:25, Patient contact was made by the Armonk UTV (Utility 52) with Armonk EMTs, WEMS Paramedics, and Banksville Firefighters.
