Congratulations to Chief Farquhar (2581) and Assistant Chief Barker (2582) who will now begin the 2023 term as Chief and Assistant Chief of the department!

Chief Farquhar, a 2nd generation Chief is starting his 6th term.

Assistant Chief Barker who is moving up from Captain is also a 2nd generation Chief, beginning his first term in the Assistant Chief role. He has served our community going on to his 13th year in our department, having 5 of those years in a line officer position. Assistant Chief Barker has dedicated countless hours to our department and community throughout the years and we are proud to see him progress to the rank of Assistant Chief.
