The Banksville Community House was a busy place today as the U.S. Marines, the Banksville Fire Department, the Greenwich Police Department, local residents and Santa himself all came together in support of Toys for Tots. Engine 158 delivered Santa to the event, followed shortly thereafter by the arrival of the Marines, escorted by Greenwich Police motorcycle units. Santa sang songs with the children, cookies were decorated and lots of toys were donated for needy children.
